Learn how to easily buy, send, swap, whitelist, and stake the Realio Security Token on the Realio Platform.
The Realio Security Token (RST) is the first truly DeFi hybrid equity token that offers its holders both security and utility. It provides ownership and profit share rights in Realio Technology LTD alongside staking and utility features to participate in network validation and voting on the Realio Network. The Realio Mainnet for validators is anticipated to be launched later this year! What's unique about RST is that holders get to participate in the equity returns generated by Realio Technology LTD and the Realio Network.
In early June, we announced our plan to trade the Realio Security Token on the tZERO ATS. As we excitedly wait for the completion of customary due diligence and onboarding with tZERO, we know that many of you want to get your hands on RST (and we don't blame you!). Below you will find a guide on how you can buy, send, swap, whitelist, and stake RST.
Before we jump in, if you're looking to trade RST on the Ethereum blockchain there are two Uniswap pools that have been whitelisted for trading. The RST/ETH pool can be found here and the RST/RIO pool can be found here. If you're looking to trade RST on the Algorand blockchain, use the Tinyman application which can be found here. To trade RST on the Stellar blockchain create or login to your Realio account and use the Trade or Swap features in the Realio Platform.
To buy RST, you first need to create a Realio account at https://app.realio.fund/register. Having a Realio account will allow you to have access to a wallet to buy, sell and swap RST. To add funds to your Realio Wallet, you must complete a KYC check. In your Realio account, go to the KYC/User Settings in the menu bar. Note that you will need your Driver's License or Passport for these steps, so keep it handy. From the top menu, select KYC & CUSTODY ACCOUNT. Select if you are a "Natural Person" or an "Entity" and complete the steps.
Next, you must become an accredited investor to buy RST. To do so, in your Realio account, go to the KYC/User Settings in the menu bar. On the top menu bar, select Accreditations. Here you will create an account with Verify Investors by completing each step. Note: This will be a separate password from your Realio account.
Once steps 1 & 2 are complete, you can do any of the following proceedings steps:
